Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Ashford & Quill LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Services
Ashford & Quill provides professional strategy, research, writing, and data services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each engagement is agreed upon before work begins. We also sell digital products including templates and toolkits through our website.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables produced for your engagement become your intellectual property. Templates and digital products are licensed for your personal or business use — not for resale or redistribution. The Ashford & Quill brand, website content, and design are our intellectual property.
Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature. For service engagements, if you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer up to three rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
Ashford & Quill provides professional services in good faith. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our deliverables, including but not limited to investment outcomes, revenue projections, or strategic decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.
